IMS Ltd was incorporated in Nov 1994 and launched its first publication Dealer Support early in 1995.

The business of business was changing. People were busy, getting busier, and the birth of the internet meant the range of content available to them had suddenly exploded – too much, in fact, to be of any practical use without significant time spent filtering it. It was clear that to get airtime with decision makers required focus, a focus on the individual and their sectors, while understanding their complex and particular management issues.
